We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice on loan options, and ensuring a smooth transaction from application to closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products Provide comprehensive information on loan origination processes and requirements Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation Review and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations Collaborate with loan processing teams to facilitate timely approvals and closings Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using financial software Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the mortgage process

Experience

Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor Strong understanding of mortgage contracts Proficient in financial software applications with experience in 10 key typing Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and assessments Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively

Pay: 24,420.00-79,595.79 per year
