The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
to join our office-based team in Burnham. This is an excellent opportunity for a
CAS-qualified adviser
who enjoys working with high-quality leads, values strong administrative support, and wants to be part of a business where performance is recognised and rewarded.
You will work with a broad range of clients including first-time buyers, home movers, remortgage clients, landlords, and investors, supported by
whole-of-market access
and a strong internal referral network from across the group.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing tailored, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
Converting a
high volume of company-generated leads
into completed business
Demonstrating strong sales performance and achieving agreed targets
Maintaining excellent compliance standards and delivering positive client outcomes
Building long-term client and introducer relationships
Representing the Asset Plus brand professionally and confidently
What We're Looking For
Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with CAS status - essential
Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A compliant, detail-focused approach to advice
Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused mindset
Based locally or within easy commuting distance of Burnham
Comfortable working in an
office-based environment
