We are a leading well-established mortgage broker based in the North West who are looking to expand their existing team and are now seeking an exceptional candidate to fill an opening for a mortgage adviser role. The right person will benefit from a great working environment within a small but very busy company.

Position: Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Location: Chester

Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible)

We already have a large amount of warm introduced leads for you to manage, and so you must be able to convert them to sales by building your own relationships with the client. Recommending suitable products and ensuring this meets compliance to FCA standards at all times. Client appointments will take place either at the office or over the telephone.

Main Duties include

:

Advising and selling suitable mortgage products. Dealing with direct mortgage enquiries from the public and referrals from a panel of Introducers. Completion of mortgage application forms and packaging of cases. Correspondence with clients for relevant information during application process Completing Fact find to take personal information in a professional manner Carry out extensive and suitable product research. Providing suitable advice & recommendation for clients taking into account clients preferences & circumstances Completion of all processing and compliance documentation relevant to each application. Ensuring Compliance is adhered to at all times Maintaining our bespoke mortgage management system on each individual case Ensuring knowledge is kept fully up to date in relation to products & criteria changes Responding to clients emails/calls in a timely manner General office and administration duties.

Skills Required:

Must be an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and work to FCA compliance requirements Excellent communication skills Self-motivator who is driven by results Manage self and work with autonomy CeMap or equivalent is essential for this position

Hours:

40 hours per week (Flexible) Monday to Friday. Some early evening work will be required Some weekend work will be required This is an employed role, with a salary dependant on the individual and their experience
