We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our client's expanding team in the Hornchurch area. They are a thriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential, and a clear path to career progression. For this position, they are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

Working hours:
Full-time Office-based role
The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:
Base Salary package - 25,000 - 40,000, dependent on experience OTE 50,000 - 100,000 Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income) Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors Quarterly Bonus Car Allowance Full admin support from sign-up to case completion High number of appointments booked directly into your diary Structured career progression Full training and ongoing support, coaching and development Additional benefits from the network, such as - National conferences, reward trips abroad, referral opportunities, access to a large number of lenders and a flexible broker fee structure
Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Adviser:
Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care Convert booked appointments into successful written business Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance * Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
