Job Overview:

We are seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our successful expanding team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assisting clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating financial situations and providing appropriate solutions.

Please be aware that to be considered for this role you must be fully CeMAP qualified and have at least 12 months experience providing mortgage advice.

Commission based Role.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on mortgage options and financial solutions

-Maintaining relationships with Key Business contacts.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process
- Analyze financial information to determine eligibility for loans
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated on mortgage products, industry updates, and trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in financial services or mortgage advising is preferred ( 1 year )
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Expert Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures
