Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services and demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematics. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they receive tailored advice that meets their financial needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of securing a mortgage, contributing to their homeownership journey.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on specialist mortgage products and services to clients. Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage options. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.

Experience

Previous experience in financial services or a related field is a must. Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to clients. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience of specialist mortgage products such as buy to let and regulated bridging desirable.

Crystal is a Specialist Mortgage Distributor operating in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial, Specialist Residential and the 2nd Charge market. We are based at Ventura House in Tamworth and have a vibrant and busy office environment.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
