The Role

We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who knows their way around both 1st and 2nd charge mortgages, and ideally has some exposure to buy-to-let, commercial, or bridging finance. You'll get all the tools, training, and leads you need to succeed -- no cold calling, no desk dust-gathering, just a steady stream of clients ready for your expertise.

This is an employed role with hybrid working -- most of the team are in the Tamworth office 2-3 days a week once training is complete, but we're open to more remote flexibility for the right person.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-depth fact finds to get to the heart of each client's needs. Recommend mortgage products that are genuinely right for them -- and explain why in plain English. Work closely with lenders, case managers, and Quality Assurance to keep applications moving and compliant. Stay ahead of the curve with product and regulatory changes. Build lasting client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

What we're looking for

Ideally 2+ years' experience as a regulated mortgage adviser -- but if you're a strong performer with slightly less, talk to us. Full CeMAP (or equivalent). A proven track record in sales and client care. Confident, organised, and detail-focused.
