Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working closely with clients to provide expert mortgage advice tailored to their individual financial needs. As part of a supportive team of advisers, you will be responsible for assessing client circumstances, sourcing suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process with professionalism and care

Key Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals Self-develop and stay up to date with industry related topics

Key Requirements

Essential CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles ideal but not essential Ability to generate and convert leads into mortgage sales Proficient in using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems Dedicated to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
