What you'll do:

Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs Build lasting relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities Guide clients confidently through the mortgage journey from start to finish Share best practice and contribute to branch success through regular meetings

What we're looking for:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Strong business development skills in a target-driven environment Outstanding customer service and communication skills A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset IT literacy (MS Office, email, online systems) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
