Mortgage Advisor - Employed - Bath

PRIMIS Mortgage Network

are looking to recruit an experienced

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that operates from offices in central Bath

.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The business is extremely busy and productive advisory firm. The firm have 4 advisors and 2 administrators currently and due to growing lead sources are ready to take a further advisor into the team.

The firm have extrememly low levels of staff turnover - they treat and reward their staff well - a great sign obviously.

Base salary DOE and negotiable but between 30,000 and 35,000 plus comms of 30% after salary validation

Average loan sizes are circa 260k meaning 70,000 + earnings and more are possible

Full admin support included - no charge is made for admin support within this firm.

The role is office based predominantly although the team work from home on a Wednesday each week.

We are ideally only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience however we will consider qualified non CAS advisors with a strong Mortgage or Property background.
