Key Responsibilities for the Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker:

Client Consultations:

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals, assess their needs, and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.

Mortgage & Protection Sales:

Successfully sell a wide range of mortgage and protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

Lead Generation:

Our dedicated financial services introducer team will generate between 7 - 10 new mortgage leads a week, enabling you, as a

Mortgage Advisor

, to consistently write 3-4 mortgages weekly. This robust lead flow is key to achieving

high earnings

.

Regulatory Compliance:

Adhere strictly to FCA regulations and industry best practices to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ensure client protection in all mortgage and protection advice.

Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to build a loyal customer base and generate repeat business.

Huge Earnings Potential:

This branch offers the opportunity to bank over 150,000 per annum in broker fees, proc fees, and life bankings. Our client's generous commission splits, ranging from 10% to 25% PLUS bonuses on threshold targets achieved, consistently result in earnings of a whopping

50,000 - 65,000.

Essential Skills and Experience:

CeMAP Qualified:

Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice, such as CeMAP or equivalent, essential for any

Mortgage Advisor

role.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrate a successful history of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Product Knowledge:

Have a deep understanding of a wide range of mortgage products, lender criteria, and protection policies (Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection).

Strong Communication Skills:

Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner, building trust and rapport.

Negotiation Skills:

Negotiate favourable terms for clients and build strong relationships with lenders and introducers.

Attention to Detail:

Maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work, ensuring FCA compliance and minimizing errors.
