The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-3 years of experience looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive brokerage. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive mortgage advice to our diverse client base, guiding them through the entire mortgage process with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conducting thorough client fact-finds to understand their financial circumstances and property goals.
? Providing clear, accurate, and compliant mortgage advice, recommending suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
? Assisting clients with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
? Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
? Keeping up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
? Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures.
? Achieving agreed-upon sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of advice and service.
? Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities when required.
? Maintaining accurate client records and using our CRM system effectively.
About You:
? CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
? 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a proven track record of providing excellent advice and achieving targets.
? A strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and regulatory landscape.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
? A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping clients.
? Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Proficient in using IT systems and CRM software.
? A full driving license and access to your vehicle may be advantageous.
? A connection to or understanding of the Chester area is a plus.
