• Mortgage Advisory: Offer professional mortgage and protection advice to clients from the Crystal Palace office, handling mortgage applications up to xc2xa31.5 million, with the average property value at xc2xa3450,000.
• Client Management: Work with an existing database of over 500 clients, along with 8-10 new mortgage appointments weekly generated via the dedicated team of introducers. You'll be tasked with writing 2-3 mortgages per week, where as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker you should be looking to bank xc2xa3150k - xc2xa3180k per annum, resulting in earnings of xc2xa370,000 - xc2xa385,000
• Market Access: As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you'll have access to the entire market, providing clients with comprehensive mortgage solutions and a strong selection of protection products from a strong panel of life companies.
• Sales Focus: Collaborate closely with a sales-driven team in Crystal Palace, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and meeting branch targets.
• Revenue Generation: Expect to bank xc2xa3180,000 - xc2xa3200,000 per year, in broker, proc fees and life business with excellent commission structures that could see you earning over xc2xa380,000 annually.

• Competitive salary of xc2xa327,000 - xc2xa331,000 basic, including car allowance and financial guarantees.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage market and associated protection products.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a clean credit history with no criminal convictions.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
