When Option Finance was born 8 years ago, we planned to buck the market trend and wanted to generate sustainable organic inbound leads for our brokers.

We match specialist brokers to potential clients and move through an absorbing journey, focussing on mortgage advice to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.

We are looking to grow our team and looking for self employed brokers to help us on our mission.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified Mortgage Broker (CeMAP or equivalent) Ideally with some experience, but newly qualified brokers are welcome - full training provided Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Brokers will enjoy full administrative support, self employed flexibility. A supportive team and of course as many leads you can take on to create excellent customer outcomes.
