Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser? Who thrives working remotely with all leads provided, admin support and market leading technology? Are you located around Kent, Essex or East London?

We are recruiting for an experienced mortgage adviser to work with an award-winning firm alongside a number of newbuild sites across the region. Providing you with a constant supply of leads allowing you to focus on outstanding mortgage advice.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits:

Basic salary of 30,000 to 36,000 per annum. Uncapped commission. OTE of 60,000. Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months. Company pension. Remote working with some office and site visits required. Admin support. Cutting-edge technology to support the brokers and clients alike, ensuring a seamless process Working hours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm with some weekend work. Days off in lieu for weekends worked. 21 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and additional days over Christmas.

Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, specialising in new build properties. Working in partnership with a number of newbuild sites in the local area. Provide advice and recommendation on protection products. Keep knowledge up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:

CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified. Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with new builds is beneficial but not necessary. Located in or around the Essex, Kent or East London area.
