Job Description

Established Mortgage broker has a vacancy for a fulltime/part-time Mortgage & Protection advisor, office based position.

Applicants must be Cemap qualified and have at least 2 years experience.

Full time - Monday to Saturday with day off in the week

Part-time - Hours/days to be agreed, must include a Saturday

Duties include:

Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions Collaborate with underwriters, administrators, solicitors, to ensure smooth mortgage processing Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process Managing the entire mortgage application process. Handle often-complex client queries on a day-to-day basis; Provide high-quality service
Help out other areas of the business as and when required

Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

CEMAP (essential) Experience of mortgage software systems Experience of dealing with customers face-to face A proven track record in advice and recommendation Experience of working to tight deadlines Knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Highly motivated and customer focused Knowledge of FCA regulatory compliance environment

Previous experience is essential- minimum 2 years

-Salary negotiable depending on experience. With a strong performance, you have the potential to achieve a total earning opportunity (OTE) of 60,000.
