Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 basic salary

On Target Earnings: 65,000 - 70,000

Hybrid Working: Available after successful probation period

Responsibilities

Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a diverse range of clients Manage and convert warm, qualified leads provided through a reliable internal network Maintain a strong pipeline of business and manage client expectations throughout the mortgage process Stay current with lender criteria, product changes, and regulatory developments Ensure all advice and documentation meet FCA and internal compliance standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and colleagues
Requirements

Fully qualified (CeMAP or equivalent) - essential Minimum of 1 year experience in a mortgage advisory role Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Results-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively Familiarity with the local Jesmond/Newcastle market is advantageous
