Basic Salary:

30,000 to 40,000 (DOE)

On Target Earnings:

65,000 to 75,000

Key responsibilities

Deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice to a broad range of clients Convert warm, inbound leads into successful completions Manage and build your pipeline from enquiry to completion Stay up to date with lender criteria, product changes and market developments Maintain full FCA and internal compliance at all times Build long-lasting relationships with clients and introducers

What we're looking for

Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage advisory role Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products Excellent communication and organisational skills Self-motivated, results-driven and team-focused Local market knowledge of Jesmond/Newcastle is a plus
