Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Luton

CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential to apply.

- Confident in conversations across phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and video content for social media.

- Presenting yourself well on video to reach and engage wider audiences.
Key responsibilities

Generate and grow your own client base while maximising in-branch opportunities. Follow up on warm leads from the estate agency team and convert them into business. Work closely with admin, compliance, and training teams to ensure smooth processes for clients. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion--always going above and beyond.
Working hours

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am-5:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
