Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice on mortgage & insurance products, ensuring that clients make informed decisions that best suit their needs. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their home ownership goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

As this is a self-employed role we are seeking applicants who currently are self-employed Advisors or those who are looking to make this change. We offer a market leading commission split and package to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options. Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of various mortgage products and terms. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, including market trends and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client cases effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.

Pay: 36,319.00-41,573.00 per year
