Key Responsibilities

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Mortgage Consultants to join our growing team at

LOANS&HOMES. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best mortgage

solutions available in the UAE, managing the application process, and building long-term

relationships with clients and real estate partners. You'll be supported by a full operations team,

including dedicated Loan Progression Officers, allowing you to focus on what you do best--

closing deals and growing your portfolio.

This is a high-impact, high-reward position for professionals who are driven, client-focused,

Provide expert consultation to clients on mortgage options available within the UAE banking system Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products based on their profiles Manage the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry through to final approval and disbursal Liaise with banks, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing of
applications

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies, and market trends Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationship
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage advising or related financial services within the
UAE

In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products, lending criteria, and bank approval processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in managing multiple applications and timelines simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
