Mortgage Advisor (Estate Agency) - Loughborough

Basic Salary:

30,000 to 35,000

On Target Earnings:

60,000 to 80,000

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients both in person and remotely. Build strong relationships with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities. Proactively contact and follow up with leads generated via the branch network. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market conditions. Ensure clients receive a seamless service from initial consultation to mortgage offer. Work closely with in-house sales teams to deliver a joined-up client journey. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress applications efficiently. Maintain accurate and compliant records throughout the mortgage process.

The Ideal Candidate:

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and fully authorised to advise on mortgages. Proven track record of success in a mortgage advisor or broker role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance. Motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute. Experience working within or alongside an estate agency environment is advantageous. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
