Location: Cheshire (Hybrid considered for the right candidate)

30,000 OTE + uncapped bonus

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

to join their growing team.

You'll be providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients (both residential and buy-to-let), managing the process from initial conversation right through to completion.

What you'll be doing:

Assessing clients' mortgage needs and financial situations

Recommending suitable lenders and protection products

Processing applications and ensuring a smooth journey to completion

Liaising with lenders and providers to overcome any issues

Keeping client files fully compliant and up to date

What we're looking for:

CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent)

Friendly and confident communicator

Highly organised and detail-focused

Motivated by targets and results

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems

A true team player with a solutions-first attitude

Nice to have:

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

A natural on the phone and great at building rapport

A mindset for continuous improvement
