Duties

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong interest in financial services or related fields Basic mathematical skills for calculating loan options and repayment plans Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly Organised with attention to detail to manage multiple client cases effectively Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards (preferred but not essential) Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
