Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Hybrid/Remote) - Basic Salary of 30,000 plus bonus with a realistic OTE 60,000 +(uncapped)

We are currently looking for a successful and proven Mortgage Advisor who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service.

You will have experience in selling mortgage and protection policies both over the phone and face to face, with a documented history of high level success.

Leads are provided and are of a high standard; we will also have an inhouse system to manage clients.

Working hours are Monday - Friday. No weekends

The Role and requirements:

Assisting all kinds of client, from first time buyers to seasoned professionals in finding the right mortgage solution from a wide range of exclusive mortgage products.

The ability to develop a positive relationship with all customers is essential.

Responding to customer enquiries & identifying their needs.

Acting in accordance with current FCA regulatory procedures.

Cross selling products where the opportunity allows.

The Ideal Person will have the ability to build rapport and will have an enthusiastic sales approach with a deep desire to succeed.

You will have exceptional customer service skills and must be proactive & able to use your initiative.

You will have an excellent telephone manner. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in the mortgage sector & hold a CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will receive a fantastic salary package & will be working with a busy and friendly team.

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
