We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team in the heart of the residential sales sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through their mortgage options, ensuring they receive tailored advice that aligns with their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients based on their individual needs Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders Conduct thorough financial assessments to ensure compliance with regulations Prepare documentation and ensure accuracy for all mortgage applications Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or similar role Strong understanding of financial services and mortgage products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for financial calculations Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in finance or mortgage advisory (preferred) Knowledge of current market trends in real estate (preferred).
