Responsibilities



Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial circumstances Analyse clients' financial information, including income, expenses, and credit history, to determine eligibility Present suitable mortgage options and explain terms, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly and professionally Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate the approval process Stay informed about current market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in line with compliance standards Promote the organisation's services through professional communication and relationship-building

Skills



Proven experience within financial services or related fields is desirable Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly Proficient in basic maths for calculations related to interest rates, repayments, and affordability assessments Organised with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and advice Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
