Mortgage Advisor

Location: Nottingham - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 (DOE)

OTE: 50,000 - 70,000+ (uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Eaton Syalon are partnering with a well-established, award-winning financial services business that continues to go from strength to strength. As part of their ongoing growth, the company is expanding its Remortgage Advice Division and looking to appoint a confident, detail-driven Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team.

This role is designed for Mortgage Advisors who want to focus on quality advice, not lead generation. You'll work with a constant flow of warm, pre-qualified remortgage clients supported by an experienced case management and protection team allowing you to deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Key Objectives

Deliver an outstanding client experience every time Achieve strong same-day case submissions and consistent productivity Maintain 95%+ right-first-time lender placements Ensure high-quality protection referrals and compliance standards Contribute to exceptional client feedback and Trustpilot reviews Optimise diary management and overall case throughput

About You

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Proven experience in remortgages and product transfers Confident communicator with excellent influencing skills Meticulous attention to detail and a "right-first-time" mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based advisory environment Full UK driving licence (regular office attendance required)
