Key Responsibilities:

As a high-performing

Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

, you will:

Provide

whole-of-market mortgage advice

for residential purchases, remortgages, first-time buyers, and buy-to-let. Deliver

protection advice

including life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover. Work closely with a high-performing estate agency branch to handle

hot pre-qualified leads

from loyal introducers. Manage your own diary and choose to work

hybrid

, from home or the office--whatever suits your schedule and clients. Offer

product transfers and remortgage reviews

to a well-established existing client base. Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines while delivering an outstanding client experience. Drive revenue by cross-selling suitable protection products to maximise case values.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Mortgage Advisor

or

Mortgage Broker

who can demonstrate:

Minimum

CeMAP (or equivalent)

qualification such as MAQ, CF1 & CF6

CAS status

preferred (Competent Adviser Status), or near to sign-off At least

12 months of mortgage advising experience

, ideally with both mortgage and protection knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence Living within

commutable distance to Saddleworth
