Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong working relationships with the Estate Agency team through ongoing training and collaboration Attend regular team meetings to share best practices and drive performance Conduct 2-3 customer appointments daily Provide expert advice on a full range of mortgage and protection products tailored to customer needs Proactively generate new business and cultivate client relationships in a target-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

Experienced/ Qualified Mortgage Advisors (CeMAP or equivalent), or motivated trainees. Proven ability to generate and convert sales Resilient, driven, and customer-focused A positive, professional, and friendly approach Ability to thrive under pressure and build strong internal and external relationships Full UK driving licence required
