We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice on loan options, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise in loan origination and processing will be essential in helping clients secure the best financing solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in understanding various mortgage products and options available to them. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately. Evaluate client financial situations to determine suitable loan options based on their needs and eligibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TILA regulations and other relevant financial services guidelines. Collaborate with underwriters and other financial professionals to facilitate loan approvals. Review contracts and ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the mortgage process. Utilize financial software to manage client information and track loan progress effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in loan origination and processing within the financial services industry. Familiarity with TILA regulations and mortgage contracts is highly desirable. Strong basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates. Proficient in using financial software to manage data efficiently. Excellent 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and compliance.
