Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their options. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process, from application through to completion.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, credit history, and overall financial health. Advise clients on suitable mortgage products that align with their needs and financial capabilities. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, including current rates, products, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. Collaborate with lenders and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions for clients. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients post-completion of their mortgages, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Qualifications

CeMAP qualified with three years mortgage experience. Proven experience in financial services or a related field is highly desirable. Strong understanding of basic maths principles to assist in calculating loan amounts and repayments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for assessing client financial situations accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
