About the Role:

You'll be joining at an exciting early stage, working alongside a forward-thinking team and helping influence how technology and advice come together.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage advice across all types of lending: BTL, residential, second charge, and more Offer holistic client solutions including

life cover and protection

Use our developing tech platform to manage leads, applications, and client engagement Collaborate on improvements to our digital tools, shaping an advisor-friendly system Ensure compliance and best practice in all recommendations

What We're Looking For:

CAS status

and a strong track record of advising Confident with

complex cases

and multiple product types Knowledge of the

life cover/protection market

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and

comfortable using technology

A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, start-up environment Current client base would be beneficial
