The Role: Experienced Mortgage Broker

We're looking for an ambitious and professional Mortgage Broker to join our growing team on a

self-employed basis

.
You'll have the freedom to manage your own clients and diary, with the reassurance of a highly supportive environment whenever you need it.

While you'll be expected to generate your own business, we'll also provide a steady flow of

quality leads

to supplement your pipeline. You'll benefit from ongoing guidance, compliance support, and access to a network of over 20 experienced brokers who are always willing to share ideas and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

Proven experience as a mortgage broker or adviser Strong ability to generate and convert new business Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and organised Passionate about providing first-class client service Eager to contribute to and grow within a dynamic business
