As a self-employed mortgage advisor with Quick Mortgages, you will have the opportunity to work independently, build your client base, and contribute to our continued success. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the mortgage industry and thrive in a self-driven environment. So you may be an existing advisor employed in a firm looking to go self-employed, we can help with that, or perhaps you are already self-employed or AR within another firm or network and are considering your next move elsewhere then please talk to us. Commission splits are very competitive and negotiable based on volume and what level of support you require, therefore there is access if you need it to dedicated mortgage administration team, in addition to in-house specialist finance & protection advisors. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them understand their options and choose the best mortgage products.
• Research and stay up-to-date on mortgage products, interest rates, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification is essential.
• Previous experience as a mortgage advisor, preferably within a regulated mortgage broker firm.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market, products, and regulations.
• Proficient in using mortgage sourcing software and CRM tools.
