Duties

Assess clients' financial circumstances to recommend appropriate mortgage products Explain various mortgage options, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions Keep up-to-date with current mortgage regulations, market trends, and product offerings Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the application process, answering questions and addressing concerns Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application progress in compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Proven experience or background in financial services or related fields is desirable Strong understanding of basic maths to accurately assess financial data and calculations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information simply Organised with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach to client interactions Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
