We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs. You will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate the mortgage process, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products. Conduct thorough research on various mortgage options available in the market. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services regulations and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals involved in the mortgage process. Provide ongoing support to clients post-mortgage completion, addressing any queries or concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of basic maths to accurately assess financial information. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.

Pay: 28,000.00-70,000.00 per year
