What You'll Do

Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice Handle inbound leads from clients, introducers, and marketing campaigns Deliver outstanding customer service and clear, ethical advice Liaise with our support team to ensure smooth processing of applications Maintain high compliance standards and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

CeMAP-qualified or equivalent Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset Organised, proactive, and eager to learn Able to work independently and thrive in a supportive team environment Background in customer service or property sector is a bonus No experience required
