Salary

: 28,000 basic + guaranteed payment for a fixed period

Realistic Earnings

: 60,000+ (uncapped commission)

Work Pattern

: 5 days a week, including 2 Saturdays off per month

Deliver tailored mortgage advice that genuinely improves clients' lives Offer insurance products from Legal & General to enhance customer value Meet and exceed targets to support business growth Build strong relationships with estate agents to drive referrals Stay in touch with clients for future opportunities Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations

About You

Driven by results and motivated by the opportunity to earn more CEMAP 3 qualified (or equivalent) Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Resilient and able to perform under pressure Professional in both appearance and approach Passionate about helping people find their ideal home
