Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

Build strong relationships with the estate agency team through regular training and collaboration Participate in team meetings to share best practices and strengthen partnerships Conduct 2-3 client appointments daily, delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice Offer expert guidance across a range of products to meet individual customer needs Proactively attract new business and drive performance in a target-driven environment

Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:

Positive, resilient, and customer-focused mindset Proven ability to generate and convert leads into successful completions Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets Committed to delivering outstanding service and doing the right thing for the customer Able to thrive under pressure and build lasting relationships CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), or willing to work towards qualification Full UK driving licence required
