As a Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored mortgage advice to a wide range of clients Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and third parties Keeping up to date with mortgage products and criteria across the market Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met Providing excellent customer service whilst being fully compliant Working towards individual and team targets whilst delivering outstanding service
We're looking for a Mortgage Advisor who has the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP qualified essential) A proven track record in sales Excellent communication and rapport-building skill Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a busy caseload A strong understanding of the mortgage process and industry regulations Tenacious, resilient and driven to succeed Fast paced, dynamic with strong time management skills
