About the Role

This isn't just another advisory role. As our

In-House Mortgage Advisor

, you'll play a key part in helping our buyers and sellers move forward with confidence - providing tailored, expert advice that reflects their unique needs and goals.

You'll be based full-time in our Windermere office, working side-by-side with our dynamic sales and client care teams to support and enhance the entire customer journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively

generating new leads and revenue streams

from both existing client relationships and new business opportunities Providing

clear, compliant, and personalised mortgage advice

to a wide range of clients Collaborating with our sales team to create a

seamless, joined-up client experience

Managing your pipeline efficiently and maintaining up-to-date records Staying informed about the latest mortgage products, market conditions, and regulatory updates Delivering an exceptional level of care and communication at every stage of the client's journey

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

CeMAP qualified

(or equivalent) and fully authorised to advise on mortgages in the UK Experienced in mortgage advising, ideally with both employed and self-employed clients A natural relationship-builder, confident in your ability to

generate and convert leads

Highly

self-motivated and self-disciplined

, able to manage your time and priorities effectively Warm, approachable, and professional - someone clients would trust and feel supported by Excited to be part of a
