Company descriptionA mortgage and protection firm based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.Job descriptionYou will be responsible for a large part of the client?EUR(TM)s journey with us. From inputting all the data onto our system, ensuring we have the client?EUR(TM)s documentation to submitting the mortgage application. Once the mortgage has been offered you will then be responsible for liaising with solicitors until completion. You will have a large pipeline of cases and be providing updates of the clients every step of the way. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of customer service.Who are we looking for: o Preferably 12 months minimum Mortgage Administration Experience (whole of market) (this is not essential as long as you are willing to learn)o Experience dealing with a high volume of cases (preferable but not essential)o Passion to provide the best customer experience at all timeso Good attention to detailo An approachable person with a can do attitudeo A Good sense of humouro Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)o Team-Playero The most important attribute is that you must care about getting the job done to a high standardApplication deadline: 01/12/2021Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 18,000.00-25,000.00 per yearBenefits:
