We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' individual needs, guiding them through the home-buying or remortgaging process, and ensuring they are protected financially.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients, based on their individual circumstances.
Conduct thorough fact-finds and affordability assessments.
Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a panel of lenders and insurers.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and documentation standards.
Requirements:
Essential:
Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent - e.g., CeFA, CF6, DipFA).
Previous experience within financial services
Excellent knowledge of the UK mortgage market and protection products.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a KPI-driven environment.
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a pipeline effectively
Happy work outside the typical 9am-5pm
Desirable:
Experience working with a whole-of-market or multi-lender panel.
Experience with mortgage sourcing systems (e.g., Twenty7tech, intelligent office, Solution Builder)
Knowledge of protection products including life, critical illness, and income protection.
