The successful candidate will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, providing expert advice on suitable mortgage and protection products, and ensuring a smooth application experience. Responsibilities
Assess clients' financial circumstances and identify suitable mortgage options tailored to their needs.
Provide clear, accurate advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment options.
Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present detailed mortgage proposals to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects of their commitments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions within company systems.
Requirements
Ce-Map Qualified
Proven experience within the financial services sector, preferably specialising in mortgages or related fields.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and relevant regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
Basic maths skills for calculating repayments, interest rates, and affordability assessments.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.
