As we expand our business, a new and exciting opportunity has been created for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join our team as a full-time Mortgage and Protection Advisor. As part of Mortgage Information Bureau, you will receive:

A competitive basic salary, in the region of 25,000 - 30,000 per annum (depending on experience). An opportunity to maximise your earnings through our generous performance-based commission structure. Role & Responsibilities

Liaising with clients throughout their journey with us, providing them with professional advice on a wide range of products and services, tailored to their specific needs. Communicating with a wide range of lenders, insurance providers and other key stakeholders throughout various stages of the mortgage and protection process. Generating new leads and maximising the opportunity from all potential business, to meet and exceed targets. Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations. Ensuring all relevant CRM systems are updated and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Skills required

Must be CeMap qualified Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Mortgage and Protection industry. Proven track record in sales. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast paced conditions. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment. IT literate e.g., comfortable working with MS Office applications and broker systems.
