What you'll do:
You'll be the friendly first voice clients hear when starting their homeownership or protection journey and the organised mind that helps keep it all running smoothly.
Chat with potential clients to uncover their goals and needs
Support our mortgage advisers and protection specialists throughout each case Handle key admin tasks such as document checks, data entry and lender updates
Keep communication flowing between clients, advisers and the wider team Use our systems to log and track client information accurately
Speak with people over the phone, Zoom and in person
Who we're looking for:
A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys conversation
Comfortable with sales and understands the value of asking great questions
Driven by growth, feedback and smashing targets
Positive, self-motivated and organised in a busy environment
Tech-savvy and happy to learn new systems
Detail-oriented with great admin skills and a can-do attitude
