Mortgage Broker

The Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll guide clients through the full mortgage journey -- from initial enquiry to completion. You'll identify the best products for each client's needs, liaise with lenders and solicitors, and ensure that every case progresses smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident communicating with clients, has a head for numbers, and wants to grow within a dynamic, expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on mortgage and property finance options Research and source suitable products from across the market Manage applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance at all stages Maintain accurate client and case records within the CRM system Build and maintain long-term client relationships Keep up to date with lender criteria, market changes, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Minimum GCSE Grade A (or equivalent) in Mathematics Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident, professional phone manner Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) Detail-oriented and highly organised Motivated to build a long-term career in finance

Desirable (Not Essential):

CeMAP (or working towards qualification) Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or property sectors

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
