Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, helping them secure financing for their property purchases. You will work closely with lenders and clients to assess financial situations, provide tailored mortgage solutions, and ensure a smooth transaction from application to closing.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products. Liaise with lenders to obtain the best mortgage rates and terms for clients. Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Skills

Strong understanding of financial services and mortgage products. Basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayments accurately. Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to clients. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client files and deadlines effectively. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust in a competitive market. Proficiency in using mortgage software and CRM systems is advantageous.
