We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented
Mortgage Case Handler

What You'll Be Doing:
Client Engagement
Proactively call existing clients to review their ongoing financial needs.
Conduct regular check-ins to discuss life changes such as home moves, property extensions, or family circumstances.
Provide a warm and knowledgeable first point of contact for all client interactions.
Protection & Mortgage Review Support
Identify opportunities to review and update clients' protection policies including:
Life insurance
Critical illness cover
Income protection
Buildings and contents insurance
Ensure clients are contacted ahead of their remortgage dates for timely support and planning.
Appointment Management
Efficiently schedule meetings with our Mortgage and Insurance Advisers, ensuring prompt follow-up and minimal delays.
Work closely with advisers to prepare client documents and relevant information ahead of appointments.
Team Collaboration
Be an integral part of a supportive, high-energy team that puts clients first.
Collaborate daily with advisers and administrative teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:
A strong communicator who thrives on client interaction.
Team player with a proactive and positive approach.
Organised and detail-oriented, especially when handling client documents and bookings.
Ideally has experience in financial services, mortgages, or insurance.
Confident with phone-based client work and CRM systems.
